At Apollo Notes, we’re transforming the way mental health professionals handle their documentation. We’ve created an innovative solution that combines the power of voice technology with intelligent AI to make progress notes simpler and more efficient.
Our story began with a simple observation: therapists spend too much time on documentation and not enough time with their patients. We believed there had to be a better way. That’s why we developed an intuitive voice dictation platform that turns natural speech into polished, insurance-ready clinical notes.
What sets Apollo Notes apart is our commitment to understanding the unique needs of mental health professionals. Our platform isn’t just another voice-to-text tool – it’s a sophisticated system that understands clinical terminology, documentation requirements, and the nuances of therapeutic documentation. Whether you’re writing SOAP notes, treatment plans, or referral letters, our AI-assisted platform helps you create professional, compliant documentation in a fraction of the time.
We believe that technology should enhance the therapeutic relationship, not compete with it. By streamlining the documentation process, we free up mental health professionals to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care to their clients. Our platform adapts to your preferred way of working, offering customizable templates, flexible formatting options, and personalized AI instructions to match your practice’s unique needs.
At our core, we’re driven by a simple mission: to help therapists spend less time on paperwork and more time making a difference in their clients’ lives. We’re proud to be part of the mental health community, and we’re committed to continuously improving our platform based on feedback from the professionals who use it every day.
Join us in revolutionizing mental health documentation, one note at a time.
As a software developer for over 20 years, I’ve been fascinated by technology ever since I was a child. I remember writing my own simple games and applications using Microsoft BASIC. I’d rush home from school to tinker with the software, dreaming of all the possibilities it could unlock.
Back then, there was a program called ELIZA that offered a new way to explore how humans and computers interact. It did this under the guise of being a “psychotherapist” that would reply to your messages based on some predefined keywords. Of course, its ability to understand and empathize was essentially a parlor trick, but it gave me a deep interest in how machines might one day assist with mental health.
As it turns out, real therapy is best left to the professionals. But what if we could fundamentally rethink the tools that therapists use? By reducing the time spent on documentation, therapists could see more patients, and positively impact more lives.
I’ve been working on Apollo Notes with this goal in mind: to help therapists spend less time on paperwork and more time doing what they do best – helping people. Every time I hear from a therapist about how our platform has given them back hours with their patients, I’m reminded of why I started this journey.
